Grow and Make has developed and manufactures every kit we sell in Portland Oregon. We place an emphasis on quality and sustainability in our products. We source our components from US companies. We take great pride in our products and brand.
Q: What do I need to do to get started with purchasing at wholesale from Grow and Make?
A: We require that you first fill out our application(email [email protected]) and return a scanned version of the agreement to [email protected]. After your application is approved we will provide you access to our online ordering system where you can place your orders.
Q: What is the minimum order size?
A: We require that wholesale orders be for case packs (multiple units per kit) and a minimum $250 order.
Q: Do you allow for private label or custom branding for of any kits?
A: We have put a tremendous amount of work into designing, testing and developing our kits. Because of this we don’t allow for private labeling of our kits.
Q: Are there assets which Grow and Make provides which our business can use to list, promote or describe Grow and Make kits?
A: Yes, we have an online (cloud based) shared set of folders which we will make available to approved merchants for use.
Q: Are there any restrictions or limitations on where I can sell Grow and Make Kits?
A: Yes, we only allow re-sale of our products on your website or in your brick and mortar store. We do not allow re-sale of our kits on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or other channels without explicit permission.
Q: Do I have to have a brick and mortar to qualify for the wholesale program?
A: No, this is not a strict requirement.
Q: What are the requirements of the merchant for working with Grow and Make?
A: Grow and Make requires that customers establish an account by filling out an application, after which we will approve the application and provide access to our ‘kick-start’ page. We also require that merchants pay for shipping of their orders (we can use your shipping account). We require that merchants comply with our guidelines regarding MAP pricing, use of our media assets, branding and intellectual property requirements.
