Here is a recipe for a simple pizza dough…
Pour 1 1/2 cups warm water into a large bowl; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon yeast and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
Add pinch of sugar, teaspoon vegetable oil, and pinch of salt into yeast mixture. Add flour and stir until a you have a sticky doughy glob.
To store it you can freeze by wrapping the dough in plastic and freeze it in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
