Shipping:

How many days until my items ships?:

 Many items ship the same day or the next day. We process orders Monday through Friday, and the majority of packages are shipped FedEx Express with 3 day shipping. However, we do not guarantee this speed. Please reach out to us if you need a package by a certain date. You may need to upgrade your shipping speed to accommodate the date your package is required by.  We will send a purchase confirmation with a delivery estimate, which will be followed by a shipping confirmation when the item has shipped.   How can I cancel an order? Call or email us if you would like to send a request to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel items which have not yet shipped! If the item has already shipped, you can email us to let us know you would like to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only. Damaged shipments:

Unfortunately, sometimes packages get damaged while they are in transit. We always want you to be 100% satisfied. Please reach out to us and we will make it right. Return policy:

We pride ourselves on our unmatched product quality and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason the product you receive is not up to standard we will do everything possible to find a solution up to and including offering a full or partial refund or replacement on unopened or partially opened (but still complete) and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. We handle all returns and support on a case by case basis, so just let us know how we can help.

International shipping:
