Musing from the owner of Grow and Make: Will Johnston
I recently heard a podcast where the idea that how you feel when you wake up is a great indicator of your health and well being. This stuck with me, because on reflection I believe this to be true. My mental and physical well being are definitely reflected in how I feel when I wake up. Did I sleep well? Did I eat sugar the night/dayow before? Did I drink more than one beer or cocktail? Did I go to bed with peace in my heart and mind. If I feel good when I wake up, then I am doing a good job of taking care of my general well being.
