Grow and Make has developed and manufactures every kit we sell, in Portland Oregon. We place an emphasis on quality and sustainability in our products. We source our components from US companies. We take great pride in our products and brand.

Q: What are my options for drop-shipping with Grow and Make? 
A: We have two programs for those who would like to drop-ship.

Standard: The first is the easiest and provides a 20% discount using a coupon code when you checkout through our online store. We then can ship to your customer directly. There is a $4.95 shipping and handling fee required through the checkout.

Preferred: The preferred drop-ship program provides a 30% discount and requires that we are provided with an order description and shipping label via email. You must also be capable of providing a monthly summary of sales.

Q: What do I need to do to get started with drop-shipping from Grow and Make? 
A: We require that you first fill out our drop-ship application (email [email protected]) and return a scanned version of the agreement. After your application we will provide access to resources to get you started with our program.

Q: What is the minimum order size?
A: No minimums.

Q: Are there assets which Grow and Make provides which our business can use to list, promote or describe Grow and Make kits?
A: Yes, we have an online (cloud based) shared set of folders which we will make available to approved merchants for use. It is important that you not copy our descriptions, but instead use them as a reference to write your own.

Q: Are there any restrictions or limitations on where I can sell Grow and Make Kits?
A: Yes, we only allow re-sale of our products on your website or in your brick and mortar store. We do not allow re-sale of our kits on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or other channels without explicit permission.

Q: Do I have to have a brick and mortar to qualify for the drop-ship program?
A: No, this is not a strict requirement.

Q: What are the requirements of the merchant for working with Grow and Make?
A: Grow and Make requires that customers establish an account by filling out an application (email [email protected]), after which we will approve the application and provide access to our ‘kick-start’ page. We require that merchants comply with our guidelines regarding MAP pricing, use of our media assets, branding and intellectual property requirements.

Q: Will Grow and Make ship outside of the United States?
A: Only if we are provided the shipping label and any additionally required documents.

Q: Are all products available for drop-ship?
A: For the standard program, yes. For the preferred we have a products which are specifically available for drop-shipping. We can provide you with the product pricing and availability sheet via email ([email protected]).

Q: How long does it typically take to ship a drop-ship order?
A: We will ship within 48 hours of the order receipt.

Q: Can I include my company invoice/marketing sheet?
A: For preferred drop-ship partnerships we can arrange this if there is enough volume to justify the extra effort.

Q: Are there any up-front costs or fees?
A: No, there are not up-front costs or fees. We’re excited to have the partnership with you and can help you to get started.
