Here you will find answers to the questions that our customers ask most frequently regarding our Subscription Program. If you have any questions that are not covered in this article, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Every month we send our subscribers a unique DIY Kit which has been designed to create a unique experience that can be shared with friends and family or done on one’s own. 

At Grow and Make, we assemble every kit by hand in Portland, Oregon. We place an emphasis on quality and sustainability in our products and take great pride in the kits we produce.

Q: What if I don’t like the kit I receive for a given month?

A: Before we send out the kit, we send an email describing the kit and a short video. If you feel it’s not right you can ask for a credit. If you are unhappy with the kit after you receive it or when you are using it, you can receive a credit. We want you to be happy!

Q: How do I cancel or suspend my subscription?

A: Just send an email to [email protected] and we will cancel or suspend your subscription.

Q: Is there anything I need to do each month to receive my subscription?

A: No, the billing is automatic and we will notify you of what you will receive and when. Nothing you need to do, unless you want to pass on a month and receive a credit.

Q: What kinds of DIY Kits can I expect to receive in the subscription?

A: We have a few primary categories of kits we build. These are Home & Garden, Food & Beverage, Bath and Beauty, Kids and Creative. We may be creating new categories, which we hope will excite and inspire you, should we do a subscription kit for that category.

Q: When can I expect to receive my subscription?

A: Typically in the last week of the month.
