We've been making these delicious and healthy lemon cookies recently. Gluten, dairy and sugar free, but very tasty.


1 1/4 cups almond flour (buy at Whole Foods or Trader Joes)
2 tbs honey
1 tbs grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup grapeseed oil


Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then combine together. Place dough balls on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
