   I was excited to discover this bench, since I'd been using a pillow previously. Using a bench tends to heighten awareness and encourages sitting upright. I also bought the pillow, which softens the sitting and makes a difference if you spend more than 20 minutes. The bamboo is a nice look too. (Posted on 6/24/09)
