Overview: The Splendid series offers three cooker sizes: four, six, and ten quarts. The ten-quart cooker may also be used as a pressure canner, and will process four standard pint jars at a time.

One valve allows you to choose between the pressure setting (15psi) or an automatic pressure release. Safety is assured with two independent safety pressure valves, and a handle safety lock that will not open until all pressure is released. And as with all Fagor pressure cookers, the product is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

The high quality, safety, and ease of use has earned this product the recommendation of the Cooking Club of America.

SPLENDID PRODUCT FEATURES

Safety: Two independent safety pressure valves assure there will be no pressure build-up. Visual pressure indicator lets you know when the unit is under pressure. Safety lock on handle prevents opening before all the pressure is released.

Quality: Made of 18/10 stainless steel with aluminum sandwich bottom for even heat distribution.

Convenience: Cooks on any kind of stove top: gas, electric, ceramic or induction.

Easy operation: One pressure setting in a spring-valve mechanism operated by a dial format: High (15psi). One valve allows choosing between pressure setting and automatic pressure release position. Visual indicator lets user know when pressure has been released.
